I tried many times to remove screen lock on J530F U2 RC3

I tried many times to remove screen lock on J530F U2 RC3


without loosing data, but no matter i do, it always stuck on Rebooting PDA TO NORMAL MODE ...... OK
And thats it. It does not go further. Phone has restart, but nothing else happen.


I'm new to ur dongle, received it just today, can you please explain what i'm doing wrong or help me removing screen lock with some explanation.
